Artificial intelligence is one of the hottest technologies today. Once a science fiction marvel, AI is now consistently utilized technology that takes unstructured data that would take humans decades to unravel and creates relevant, usable data sets.
There are many subsets of artificial intelligence. Also, machine learning is the most common technique for extracting data. The algorithm used is adaptable, often adapting to circumstances automatically. Above all data analysis gets progressively better as the machine adjusts for new information.
Deep learning, like machine learning, is an adaptive system. So it uses an artificial neural network that is meant to more closely resemble the human brain. As Joanne Chu states in her article Understanding AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning:
As data gets passed through one layer of nodes to another, each layer trains on a particular set of features based on the previous layer’s output. The deeper into the neural network it goes, the more complex data is processed. This process is commonly referred to as “feature hierarchy” and is best exemplified in tools like image recognition, etc.
The amount of detailed information available on deep learning is overwhelming. So I’ve found 10 of the best videos to watch to better understand deep learning and machine learning. AI is no longer our future, it is our present, so check out these videos to get educated on this powerful business tool.
